"The extents of themes, in the paintings of CHRISTO BOURNAKAS, have ecumenical projections, as the artist, away from the traditional technique, skillfully enlists a movement of transposal and even beyond surrealism. The willingness of BOURNAKAS to overcome the established conventional frameworks of thinking is ... Unyielding, undisguised. He remains faithful to the authenticity of his vision and defends it with real proud modesty…that only in great artists can be found. Breaking the bonds of conformism in an existing artistic practicality, he contributes through his Art, in a full revolutionary deed, putting his existence frequently to the test without consideration... believing in a permanent obligation of the artist to maintain high morals, indomitable fighting spirit and preserve in the ark  the Greatness of pioneering spirit.
